SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times for international orders are established according to the destination country and will be communicated before the order is confirmed. International clients may be responsible for local customs duties, import taxes, and other charges applied by the destination country.
Shipping within Brazil is complimentary and handled by an insured express courier.
All SAL Jewelry orders are carefully prepared and shipped with tracking and insurance. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the tracking information by email.
Deliveries require proof of receipt and may require a signature. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
In-stock pieces will be dispatched within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase. Made-to-order and bespoke creations follow individual production schedules, which will be confirmed directly with the client.
SAL Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, local authorities, adverse weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope your SAL Jewelry piece becomes part of your story for years to come. Should you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact our team within seven calendar days of receiving your order.
Returned pieces must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition. All original packaging, certificates, documentation, and accompanying materials must be included.
Before returning a piece, please contact SAL Jewelry for return instructions and authorization. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Every returned piece will undergo a quality inspection before the exchange or refund is approved. SAL Jewelry reserves the right to decline returns of pieces that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or improper handling.
Bespoke, personalized, engraved, resized, or otherwise modified pieces may not be eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law or in the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Original shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and international return costs may not be refundable, subject to the legislation applicable to the purchase.
TWO-YEAR WARRANTY
SAL Jewelry offers a two-year contractual warranty covering manufacturing and material defects.
During this period and subject to a technical assessment by our specialists, the warranty covers:
Repairs resulting from manufacturing defects;
Inspection and professional cleaning of the piece;
Size adjustments, when technically possible and when no additional material is required.
The warranty does not cover:
Natural wear resulting from regular use;
Damage caused by impacts, accidents, or falls;
Damage caused by contact with chemicals, cosmetics, perfumes, or inappropriate cleaning products;
Loss or damage of gemstones resulting from an impact or accident;
Modifications, repairs, resizing, or adjustments performed by third parties;
Damage resulting from improper use, handling, or storage.
Repairs and adjustments performed by anyone other than SAL Jewelry or an expressly authorized specialist may invalidate the warranty.
INSPECTIONS & AFTERCARE
We recommend having your jewelry periodically inspected by SAL Jewelry to preserve the integrity of its settings, structure, and finish. Regular inspection is particularly important for pieces worn frequently or set with gemstones.
Following the end of the two-year warranty period, SAL Jewelry continues to offer technical assistance for all its creations.
Services not covered by the warranty may be carried out following a technical assessment and the client’s approval of a preliminary quotation. The availability, timeframe, and cost of each service will depend on the condition, materials, construction, and technical requirements of the piece.
To request a return, exchange, inspection, or repair, please contact SAL Jewelry with your order information, photographs of the piece, and a brief description of your request.
